Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Nawab Ali, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, who operates Pine at https://pine-memory.vercel.app and in the Pinemobile app. They are effective 8 November 2026. By creating an account or using Pine you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pine.

Who can use Pine

You must be at least 16 years old, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

What Pine is

Pine is an AI assistant that remembers information you share and can keep a task list for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

AI output can be wrong

Pine’s replies are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and Pine may misunderstand or mis-save something you said. Check anything that matters. Pine is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional, and nothing it says is professional advice. Do not rely on Pine for emergencies, or for reminders where a missed one would cause serious harm: email reminders can be late or fail.

Plans and subscription

Pine has a free plan with a monthly message limit and a paid Pro plan with a higher limit. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed on the website through Whop at the price shown when you subscribe, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings through the billing portal, effective at the end of the period you have paid for, so you keep Pro until then. Refunds follow Whop’s refund policy; in addition, if Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. After that, charges are final and cancelling stops the next one. Deleting your account also cancels an active subscription at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax we are required to collect. We may change plans, limits and prices going forward, with at least 30 days' notice by email for paid subscribers before a price change applies to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Pine to harm, harass, defraud or deceive others;
• try to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer Pine, or get around its limits;
• use Pine to generate content that is illegal or that the AI provider’s usage policies prohibit;
• share your account, or use automated means to access Pine without our permission;
• store other people’s sensitive information without a good reason and the right to do so, or store secrets such as passwords or card numbers.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Pine. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only as needed to run Pine for you. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Termination

You can stop using Pine and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering Pine; where we reasonably can, we will give notice and a chance to export your data.

Availability

Pine is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not give any warranties beyond those the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Pine is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you, and continuing to use Pine after the change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan.
